By accessing and using MindPower League ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Service Description

MindPower League is an educational platform that provides:

• K-5 educational lessons and content
• Task and chore management tools for families
• Points and rewards system for children
• Progress tracking and reporting features
• Teacher and parent dashboard tools

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Student data is protected and used only for educational purposes

• Parents have full control over their children's data

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Free tier users have access to basic features without payment

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindPower League shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
